1. Products & Natural Variations
Our mehendi cones and powders are 100% natural and chemical-free. Please note:
- The final color/stain of the mehendi depends on individual skin types, body heat, and aftercare.
- Since our products are handmade and fresh, slight variations in consistency or packaging may occur.
2. Ordering & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and correct.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship Pan-India. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹499.
- Shifa Mehendi is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Return Policy
Due to the perishable and personal-care nature of mehendi products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Shifa Mehendi. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Health, Safety & Allergy Warning
While Shifa Mehendi products are 100% natural and chemical-free, they contain Henna (Lawsonia Inermis) and Essential Oils (such as Eucalyptus, Clove, or Melaleuca).
- Some individuals may be allergic to these natural ingredients.
- We strictly recommend a patch test on a small area of the skin 24 hours before full application.
- If you experience any irritation, swelling, or redness, wash the area immediately and consult a doctor.
- Shifa Mehendi is not liable for any individual skin reactions or allergies.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
